100 g pork steak
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup green cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 cup fresh pineapple, finely chopped
1/8 cup fresh coriander, shredded
1/2 cup carrot, shredded
1 tbsp organic mayonnaise
1 tsp black cumin seeds
METHOD
Coat pork with spices, garlic and oil. Massage it in before cooking on a chargrill for 4-5 minutes each side, until cooked through.
Make slaw by combining cabbage, carrot, pineapple, coriander and parsley with mayo and seeds. Stir well.
Serve pork next to the slaw when ready.
