When taken with meals, PGX^® expands in the stomach over a 30-minute or longer timeframe. This process creates a feeling of fullness (satiety) by absorbing water and filling the stomach while slowing digestion and promoting healthy blood sugar levels.

Adults: 

Week 1: half scoop, 1-2 times per day

Week 2: half scoop, 2-3 times per day
